Steamboat and BBQ_15/7/2011

Have a great dinner with Ying Hui, Hui See and Yun jia.

It was steamboat & BBQ at a shop which was near to IPG.

Its take about 10 minutes to reach there by No.11 bus (walking).

It was a buffet style steambot and BBQ.

Its only cost RM10 person not including beverage.

Some more, they also supplied salad, fried rice and fruit(watermelon).

Wow, its really full ♥

I like most was the fried rice.

It really a worthy buffet steamboat.

Today, I woke up super early to attend the programme

organised by government which is

1 Murid 1 sukan 1 Malaysia.

But, everyone still in sleeping mode...

After, warmed up...

We run for 2.4 km around the IPG.

Wow, extremely tired!!!

The conclusion of the programme is "1 murid 1 sukan 1 Malaysia 1 Badan Sakit."

I had my dinner with my friends at Kangar.

That's my dinner for today...
